Intervention a sham - Territory Elders tell of community destruction

NIT: "Some of Australia’s most prominent leaders and Elders from the Northern Territory have condemned the Federal Government for continuing with the Intervention (Northern Territory Emergency Response) program labelling it a sham and a failure.
Seven prominent Northern Territory Elders have also released a heartfelt and powerful message to the people of Australia in which they say they “have lost our rights as human beings, as Australian citizens and as the First People of the Land” under the Intervention process."
