Palestinians open door to negotiation after submitting draft UN resolution | World news | The Guardian: The draft resolution would set a 12-month deadline for wrapping up negotiations on a final settlement and the end of 2017 as the timeframe for completing an Israeli withdrawal from Palestinian territories.
The draft was presented to the UN security council by fellow Arab member Jordan, envoy Riyad Mansour told reporters, thanking Arabs and European nations for their help.
