Organizaciones indígenas y campesinas solicitarán referéndum para reelegir a Evo Morales | RNV - “Vamos a lanzar de manera orgánica el referéndum correspondiente, para que la población defina la reforma constitucional”, aseguró Hilarión Mamani, dirigente del Consejo Nacional de Ayllus y Markas del Qullasuyo (Conamaq), en declaraciones al diario La Razón, citado por la agencia noticiosa.
“Actualmente, el artículo 168 de la Constitución Política establece que el Presidente y el Vicepresidente pueden ser reelectos por una sola vez de manera continua. Si bien Morales y Álvaro García Linera desarrollan su tercer período de gestión desde 2005, cuando fueron elegidos por primera vez, ésta es su segunda gestión al mando del Estado Plurinacional. Ése fue el argumento que permitió la reelección de ambos gobernantes en octubre de 2014, con el 61% de los votos”, refiere el rotativo.
