With this latest grand jury development coming at the same time that the headlines are filled with Ethan “Affluenza” Couch’s great escape, it’s hard not to make comparisons.

Yes, Couch was a minor when he drunkenly mowed down four people, but because his parents had deep pockets, he got off with nary a consequence. And, now, money is allowing him to run again.
