Support Rahm Recall Bill HB4356 - Action Network: Representative democracy can only function when the electorate possesses free access to the information it needs to select its leaders and hold them accountable for their actions at the ballot box.

Chicago's Mayor Rahm Emanuel's re-election in the spring of 2015 took place while the Mayor's Office was actively suppressing the release of information crucial to the electorate's evaluation of whether Emanuel deserved to be returned to office.

Chicago voters need to have the legal option to hold a recall election under circumstances like this. We need HB4356 to become a state law.
