Federal Judge Orders U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to Have DAPL Review Timeframe by Feb. 6 - Native News Online: On December 4, 2016, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announced it would not grant an easement to complete the Dakota Access pipeline.

The Standing Rock Sioux Tribe still has a suit pending in Judge Boasberg’s court that seeks to stop the pipeline from being completed.
