Colombia's Congress Approves Transitional Justice System - nsnbc international | nsnbc international: Some 7,000 FARC guerrilla with the exception of minors under the age of 16 will face the transitional justice system. The vast majority of them who have not committed serious war crimes are expected to be granted amnesty. Some 24,000 State officials who have either been convicted of or charged with war crimes as well as about 12,500 civilians accused of financing terrorism will also be subject to the transitional justice system.
