Inmates at the Whitfield County Jail in Georgia have filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Rome, citing human rights violations. The inmates claim that they were held naked in a cell block for 12 hours and forced to spread cream on their bodies as part of an attempt to rid the cell block of lice."
