AIM-WEST Set Leonard Peltier Rally in San Francisco - Native News Network: Native Brief: San Francisco - AIM-WEST will hold a Leonard Peltier rally on Monday, February 6. The rally will be held to remind the public that in the United States Leonard Peltier is considered a political prisoner and that we haven't forgotten the date of his arrest in Canada on February 4, 1976.

Those participating in the rally will meet at the federal courthouse on Mission and 7th at 11:00 am and will leave at 11:30 am for a short walk to the Federal Building on Golden Gate Street for a rally that will last from 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm pst. There will be a short prayer and sage ceremony drumming and singing. There will be an open microphone, speakers and announcements.
