TEPCO to inject Fukushima reactor with boron | Enformable: On February 6th, TEPCO announced that to combat the rising temperature levels in Reactor 2, they would inject boric acid water to suppress any possible fission reactions that might take place. According to TEPCO says the rise in temperatures indicate that the flow of water in the reactor may have changed direction after plumbing work, and is no longer able to properly cool down the melted down nuclear fuel.
