Barabai, South Kalimantan (Reuters) - Dayak Community Radio, Voice Kiyu Meratus newly built by indigenous Dayak Meratus with the Alliance of Indigenous Peoples of the Archipelago (AMAN) in the district of South Kalimantan Upper Middle River, South Kalimantan, will encourage efforts to improve the local economy.
According to the Community Radio Sound Board Kiyu Meratus, Baderi said event programs will be more oriented to information about the economy and development.
"Today's events have not been programmed properly because it is still in the testing phase but is expected to help change the economic future of the indigenous Dayak Meratus get better," he said.
