OIC SG appeals for help for Rohingya Muslims: Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), has called on the Arab leaders to help the Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar.
Ihsanoglu delivered a speech at the Arab League's 24th Ordinary Summit in the Qatari capital of Doha.
Emphasizing that the Rohingya Muslims were the most oppressed people in the world, Ihsanoglu said, "Rohingya Muslims call on Arab leaders to put pressure on the Myanmar government for them to gain the right of citizenship."
