Violent confrontations reported in Silwad: RAMALLAH, (PIC)-- Violent confrontations erupted in Silwad village, east of Ramallah, after Israeli occupation forces (IOF) invaded the town in big numbers on Wednesday.
Eyewitnesses told the PIC reporter that IOF soldiers in armored vehicles and on foot occupied the main entrance to the village and fired at young men protesting the raid. They said that the soldiers were nervous and used live ammo in firing at the youths but no casualties were reported. IOF soldiers have been storming the town every morning for the past few days endangering the lives of citizens.
