A long historical campaign of genocide against the Dineh - DineWater Rights!: As a Congressman, McCain sponsored repeated efforts to implement the “Navajo Accommodation Act” in Congress between 1984 and 1991, when it was finally approved, became a bicameral Bill and was adopted as “Navajo Accommodation Agreement” by which the lands could be conveyed from the Navajo to Peabody Coal Corporation, for mining, if the Dineh-Navajo would sign laws adopted by a fake Hopi Tribal Council organized by attorney John Boyden of Peabody Coal, paid for by Peabody Money. As none of the Dineh-Navajo would sign their lands away (in fact, many do not speak or write English or write at all, yet are quite educated), names were forged onto the agreements, allegedly by McCain attorneys, so as to legitimate the illegitimate land grab. Many years later, some were offered $2500 per multi-acre ranch as “fair compensation” (*the lowest standard for compensation for any relocation in history.) Yet, each acre, once mined by Peabody, would produce tens of millions of dollars in coal energy revenue and sales.
