PressTV - US justice system oppressing blacks: American activist: Yejide Orunmila, a civil rights activist from Washington, said in an interview with Press TV that the ruling system in the United States was built to oppress the members of the African-American community.

“The United States justice was built on oppression of the black people,” she said.

The commentator also stated that the US judiciary “wouldn’t indict” the criminal police officers.

The blacks and people of color should not expect justice from grand juries, police department, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and any other government entities, she stated.

A grand jury recently decided not to indict a white New York City police officer who choked to death unarmed black man Eric Garner in July.
