Ray Tensing out on bond; lasted 1day as state trooper - NY Daily News: New video from another officer's body cam was released Thursday, which shows police arriving in the residential neighborhood moments after the shooting and sealing off the crime scene. Tensing can be heard saying the driver had tried to run him over. The officers immediately on the scene shouted at each other to keep residents inside their homes, and to "watch the windows" as they waited for back-up.

Thursday's footage release came from the body cam of university police officer Phillip Kidd. Kidd and fellow officer David Lindenschmidt have been placed on administrative leave, a university spokesperson said Thursday. In the video, Kidd can be heard corroborating Tensing's account of being dragged by DuBose's car. Prosecutors said earlier this week that Tensing was not dragged.
