SOSAI supports West Papua cause - Islandsun Daily News: “As explained, they believe not descendant from Europe, African, Caribbean or Asian but believe to be pacific islanders especially Melanesians which SOSAI has support this movement,” Mr Turanga adds.

Mr Turanga said he was moved by what West Papuans had gone through as seeing another human denied and deprived.

He stressed SOSAI will continue to support West Papua until they get Independence.

SOSAI is a local Non-Government Organisation (NGO) registered under charitable Trust Act in 2012 and came to full power in 2014.

SOSAI targets the left-out male citizens of Solomon Islands who are supposed to be responsible and caring individuals.

The primary aim is striving to identify, analyse and provide solutions that can address the many issues affecting sons, brothers, fathers and husbands.
