‘I was abducted and threatened with rape by police’ - Gazete Ş�jin: Dev-Lis members and their families issued a press statement on harassment and threats against them for one month in the building of the Human Rights Association (İHD) Ankara Branch. A banner reading, “You cannot silence those who say ‘No’” was hanged in the hall. Elif G�lc� read the statement on behalf of the Dev-Lis. Stating that carrying of ‘No’ campaigns were made impossible, Elif said, “The people, who call on people to vote ‘No’, are subjected to knife attacks, they are detained. The women saying ‘No’ are particularly targeted. The high school students, who carry out works, are forced to be ‘spy’. Their families’ members are threatened with their lives.”
