Rising Kashmir: Braid chopping incidents aimed to disturb peace: Altaf

YawarHussain, Srinagar Oct 07: Rising Kashmir: On the special investigation team formed to probe the braid chopping incidents, Bukhari said that the police has arrested a maid who was working at a house that falls in his constituency “who out of some personal vendetta had chopped the braid of her house owner.”
“Those behind this conspiracy will soon be unmasked, but we still don’t know whether it is an organised crime or not,” he said. “Fear level is very high in the society but then the children of the Valley have borne the brunt of such things in the past and will come through it also.’’
He added that the catastrophes like the 2014 Kashmir floods were valiantly fought by the Kashmir society and “soon the braid choppers will be brought to justice.”
