What does the latest 30 day ceasefire in the East Ghouta mean?: According to a military source in Damascus, Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham currently has a presence inside the following suburbs: Jobar, ‘Ayn Tarma, Harasta, and Arbeen.

These aforementioned suburbs have the largest concentration of Faylaq Al-Rahman fighters and were already targeted by the Syrian Army prior to the ceasefire.

Almost all areas controlled by Faylaq Al-Rahman have a Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham presence, which leaves their territory out of the ceasefire deal.
