Indigenous women seek remedy for coerced sterilization by authorities - Windspeaker - AMMSA: The Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench has yet to certify the class action law suit, which was filed in February. The initial court action was launched in October 2017 on behalf of two women identified only by the initials MRLP and SAT.
