The U.S. President is defending his decision to withdraw American
troops from Syria - and his announcement that ISIL has been defeated.
His tweets surprised just about everyone, both at home - including in
the Pentagon - and abroad.
France is warning ISIL has not been wiped off the map - and the fight
needs to continue.
And rebel groups fighting ISIL say a U.S. pullout could destabilize the
region.
