Ferguson Court Clerk Fired Over Racist Emails Back At Work In Another Court: [bluenationreview.com] Twitty was terminated by the City of Ferguson, and two police officers, Capt. Rick Henke and Sgt. William Mudd, were forced to resign after their participation in the email exchanges was revealed. The trio traded vile and malicious jokes and cartoons that maligned African Americans. Justice Department investigators called the messages “unequivocally derogatory, dehumanizing, and demonstrative of impermissible bias.”

The Post-Dispatch reported, “Among them was a Dec. 6, 2011 forward from Twitty to Mudd and Henke of ‘insensitive one liners’ that referenced a Muslim clothing store, floods in Pakistan and pedophilia. There was also a June 7, 2011 email from Mudd to Twitty that made cracks about welfare recipients being unemployed, unable to speak English, lazy and having no ‘clue who their daddies are.’”
